Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.

Please note, if your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive the rest of your order sooner, just email info@2fay.com.au or send us a message via the chat on our website and let us know. Separate shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Australia

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150
• Standard (Australia Post, 2–8 business days): $9.95
• Express (Australia Post, 1–4 business days): $14.95

United States

• Free shipping on orders over USD $142, otherwise USD $17
• Australia Post International Standard (6–27 business days)

Rest of the World

• Shipping is calculated at checkout
• Australia Post International Standard (6–27 business days)

Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by your country on delivery. These costs are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

If you choose not to pay these charges and your order is returned to us, we'll refund the cost of your items, minus the original and return shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email info@2fay.com.au or send us a message via the chat on our website and we'll chase it up with Australia Post.
