2FAY Returns Policy
We totally understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right! If you’d like to make a return, we’ll be happy to provide a credit note with no expiration, so you can find something you absolutely love from us.
To request a return, just reach out within 1 week of receiving your item, and then send it back to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process it and get your credit note ready.
Please keep in mind, we aren’t able to offer refunds for a ‘change of mind,’ but we’re here to help if there’s anything else you need.
Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty, as we want to make sure you have a great experience with 2FAY!

Received a faulty item?
If you’ve received an item that isn’t quite up to our usual standards, we’re here to help make it right. Just send us an email at info@2fay.com.au with a few photos of the issue and we’ll take it from there to find the best solution for you.
Once your item is returned, our team will assess it to confirm it’s faulty. We’re dedicated to making sure you love your 2FAY experience, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately on its way to being shipped to you, so we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
