Returns Policy

We totally understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right! If you'd like to make a return, we'll be happy to provide a store credit with no expiration or an exchange for a different size, so you can find something you absolutely love from us.

To request a return, just reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, either by emailing info@2fay.com.au or sending us a message via the chat on our website. Then send your item back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process it and get your store credit or exchange ready.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns/exchanges, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Received a faulty item?
If you've received an item that isn't quite up to our usual standards, we're here to help make it right. Just email info@2fay.com.au or send us a message via the chat on our website with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there. For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund or replacement for items with a major fault.

Order Cancellations
We pack orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please email us or send us a message via the chat on our website as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but our return options above still apply.
